“Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in His apparel (the robe of His righteousness) travelling in the greatness of His strength? . . . I that speak in righteousness, am mighty to save !”
Isaiah 63:1, ref: Revelation 19:11-16 & Isaiah 61:1-3
“Jesus knows the circumstances of every soul. The greater the sinner’s guilt, the more he needs the Saviour. His heart of divine love and sympathy is drawn out most of all for the one who is the most hopelessly entangled in the snares of the enemy. With His own blood He has signed the emancipation papers of the race !
Jesus does not desire those who have been purchased at such a cost to become the sport of the enemy’s temptations. He does not desire us to be overcome and perish. He Who curbed the lions in their den, and walked with His faithful witnesses amid the fiery flames, is just as ready to work in our behalf, to subdue every evil in our nature.
Today He is standing at the altar of mercy, presenting before God the prayers of those who desire His help. He turns no weeping, contrite one away. Freely will He pardon all who come to Him for forgiveness and Restoration. He does not tell to any all that He might reveal, but He bids every trembling soul take courage. Whosoever will, may take hold of God’s strength, and make peace with Him, and He will make peace ! ref: Isaiah 27:5
The souls that turn to Him for refuge, Jesus lifts above the accusing and the strife of tongues (ref: Romans 8:31-34). No man or evil angel can impeach these souls. Christ unites them to His Own Divine-human nature.
ref: II Peter 1:4
These precious Words every soul that abides in Christ may make his own. You (he) may say:
“I will look unto the LORD (Jehovah, Yehuwah);
I will wait for the God (Elohim – Might One) of my Salvation (deliverance, freedom, healing & restoration)
My God will hear me.
Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy;
When I fall, I shall arise . . . . When I sit in darkness,
The LORD shall be a Light unto me.
He will again have compassion on us (even on me),
He will blot out our iniquities . . . . Yea, Thou wilt cast all our sins into the depths
of the sea!” Micah 7:7, 8, 19, Noyes’s translation.
God has promised:
“I will make a man more precious than fine gold; Even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.”
Isaiah 13:12.
“Though ye have lain among the pots (as a harlot),
Yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver,
And her feathers with yellow gold.” Psalm 68:13 & ref: Jeremiah 3:1-23
Those whom Christ has forgiven most will love Him most. These are they who in the final day will stand nearest to His throne. “They shall see His face; and His name shall be in their foreheads.” Revelation 22:4.
